UCAP provides a safe, non-judgmental environment for all people to turn to when a life situation becomes overwhelming. This strengthens our community and provides stability for our neighbors.

UCAP assists individuals and families with certain basic needs and refers them to organizations that are best equipped to provide additional assistance.

We partner with faith based communities, social service organizations and individuals to assist people in St. Joseph County, Michigan.
